Direct Mail

We engage in direct mailings on an ongoing basis sending thousands of promotional pieces each month throughout the year. Our attractive Showcase of Homes magazine is published "in-house" assuring that its contents are always up to the minute.

Computerized Contact Management

Each Village Realty Inc. agent is computerized. This helps us manage our prospects and keep track of follow-up dates and appointments. The result is that we are better able to measure our marketing effectiveness and manage our professional contacts with buyers and sellers, while maintaining a heightened level and quality of communication with them all.

Internet Presence

The "net" targets a specific segment of the home buying public that relies on computer access to home purchasing data. Home Protection Plan

This is an optional program where, for a nominal cost, you can protect not only yourself during the listing term but also the purchaser for 13 months after the sale. Statistically, homes which offer the Home Protection Plan sell, on average, at higher prices than those without it.
